NM Deer CC Charges

Has anyone (res or non-res) been charged for deer? I have not and am wondering if I struck out or if they are still in the process of charging cards. Doesnt seem like to many people have been charged for antelope either. I am hoping they are still charging. Good Luck to all.

Canon, I got charged $196 on the 18th. I'm not sure why I was charged $196 because that is how much a deer tag is? I applied my son and I separately for antelope and ibex (no deer). I sure hope things weren't screwed up somehow?

A non resident antelope tag is $202. When you first applied two months ago they charged you the $6 application fee up front. You have drawn an antelope tag and they are charging you the remaining $196. Congratulations! As far as deer are concerned, they charge you the $6 up front, then when you draw the tag you have to go into one of the license dealers to actually buy the tag. You won't see any charges on your card for the deer tag. The only way to find out if you were succussful for deer is to look at the results when they are posted.
