Idaho Elk Tag Voucher

I have an Idaho elk tag voucher that is burning a hole in my pocket. It looks like the only remaining bull elk tags out there for the rest of the year are: 1) unit 4, 7, & 9, 2) the Selway Zone, 3) the Middle Fork Zone, 4) unit 39, and 5) unit 53. Any advice? I would go DIY and don't mind backpacking in and out (hopefully fully loaded).
