Fish lake late help

My brother has a Fish lake late elk, and we have been down scouting the last couple of weekends and all we have seen is people. last saturday we saw tons of spike muzzie hunters. has anyone seen any decent bulls?? any info would be great. PM me and I will tell you where we have been looking. we have seen elk sign but with so much pressure from all the hunts they seem to be holed up pretty tight. Thanks
