This is a buck I took in 2003 just as the velvet was getting loose. I went ahead and stripped it all off at that time, which left the rack almost completely white.

Yesterday I decided to give the "Browtine method" a try. I am very pleased with the results. It sure is simple and inexpensive. I think it looks very natural and is dead flat. What do you think? Thanks Browtine!

The "mud pack" being applied. I have to admit, at this point I was wondering if the whole thing was a hoax :)
