Wanted-Wyo leftover hunt - Cheyenne

I need to find a hunt for my father in law in or around Cheyenne. He did not draw this year and was going to put in for the leftover license draw. However, I was told unit 60 has no leftovers but 59 and a couple of others do. Any of you know of a private ranch in this area, i.e. Horse Creek?

There are lots of private ranches that take hunters in that area, but most are pricy. Shoot me a pm and I'll try to help. I assume that you are talking about a region J license since there are no area 59 type 1 licenses left, and those are whitetial only licenses.
