Any guess on how much a giant bull like that could shrink in 60 days? Just curious what a typical shrinkage would be.
 
I hope he can break the 500'' mark I think that would be cool but I have a feeling he is going to come up short My guess is he will be something like 494 or 497 or something he just has alot of antler to have dry up on him
 
Just going off of past bulls doyle's guided people to the gross usually gose up from what he green scored it at. There are a number of bulls in his videos that they score and say one thing and then the accuall score pops up on the screen and it will be 3 or 4 inchs bigger than what they said. So it could gain a couple inchs.

JakeH you are right now that you say that I go back and there are several times that has happened. Does anyone think he will be over 500? What are some of your guy's guessing his offical score will go?

He didn't say "guess", he said "official". I can only go by what they say - I can't read their minds.
 
Southslope82 asked, "What are some of your guy's guessing his offical score will go?" The very next post by 257Tony says, "Official Gross 503 2/8", Net 489 6/8". Why can't you understand this as being a guess?
 
What I'm wondering is what is the record book for most nukes on a thread. Ole Spidey sure is a controversial prize. How many days do we wait to determine post shrinkage?

I told you the gross would go up. That is awsome, congrats to denny, and the whole mossback crew.

When is the next panel score going to be, dont they do them every three years.

Panel will be before christmas. Since its a world record, the panel is flying in to Idaho to complete the process.

Thanks for the update. 501 inches of bone is a scary thought! Usually takes 2 or 3 of them to get that much!;-)

Not official until after panel scoring, right?
 
Pannel scoring can change the score.. My buddy Clay Heuett's bull was officially scored @ 429 6/8 P&Y and after the pannel was done ended up @ 423 and change still ended up breaking the then P&Y record non typ but finished second to the Franklin bull killed the same year... Spidey is HUGE no matter how the pannel scores him.
