extended elk hunters ????

Anyone been out hunting the elk around Dell Lake in the East Canyon area? I have been waiting on snow to push the cows a little lower but it doesn't seem to want to snow.
i haven't had much time to get out to look around. I've had to be out of state quite a bit the last few weeks. went out today and saw a few deer and moose but no elk.
anyone been seeing the cows moving at all? I'm looking to hunt East Canyon, City Canyon or up toward Bountiful.
Any help would be appreciated. thanks
