NM Bull

Heres a bull thats been feeding in my backyard almost every morning. This is one of about eight bulls that hang around my house. One could be in the 360 or 370 range. couldn't get a pic of him though. Pic was taken though a spotting scope, sorry about the clarity. Is this a bull I should think about going after or not?
