I have a good friend that is thinking about applying as a non resident for this area. I haven't been out there for about 15 years. I'm hoping that someone would be willing to share a little info about the quality of the hunt.

It can be a fun hunt, but they
keep increasing the number of
tags, so the quality is going
down.
I hunted it in 04 with a friend,
and there were only 6 rifle tags,
now there are like 16!
Great oportunity for a 320 to 340
bull.

Just wanted to say thanks to all who I spoke with and who sent PM's with info. My buddy is in and has a good chance of drawing this year. I have a lot of friends that may draw this year. Luckily they're spread out over archery, rifle and muzzle loader so I'll be busy runnin horses all over Utah.
