Wyoming deer question?

What is the diffrence between deer regions and deer areas. I see that in 2004 a NR had 100% chance to draw a Region E tag but only a 3% chance to draw a Area 128-129 tag. But 128-129 is in the Region E area.

What advantage is there to a deer area over a deer region.

a region tag is a general tag for that region-meaning you can hunt general license areas in that region. the area tag is a limited quota tag(for residents, too)
