My muzzy NM 2C hunt

Well, after months of anticipation, days of dreaming, it was a week 5 days till i flew out...unfortunately my 4 month old started having seizures and had to cancel my hunt! Only 25 tags given out and it was a "quality unit". I've hunted there the last 3 years and was dying knowing I could have been in the middle of nowhere chasing monsters, but there are more important things in life. Just wanted to make sure everybody continues to post their stories and make sure you enjoy the experience as much as you can! Good luck to all that haven't left yet for their hunts. At least I drew an AZ 6A Elk tag so I'm gearing up for that now.

Sorry to hear about your child! Sounds like you've got your priorities where they should be. I'm sure you'll get you monster muley fix here, and there is always next year!

Sorry to hear about your child and your lost hunt, but I think most of us would have done the same. I hope that your child is doing well. Some things in life are just more important than hunting.
