Mule deer in NM

I was curious if buck tags were all draw or if they sell any OTC especially in Northern NM? Also is the price for out of state $310?
I have been thinking of putting in for next year if I have the money. Tried to go through the DOW site for NM but network is too dang slow right now.

They went to a full draw this year. But they had a bunch of leftovers for several of the units. Somewhere around 6000 leftovers. Don't think they had any for the northern part of the state. I don't know if they are raising the price next year but this year the tag and license is right at $200. That is about as cheap as you are going to get a muley tag anywhere that I know of.
