Oregon Buck

I just finished packing my dads buck out this morning, and finally had some time to post. What a great buck! He killed this buck yesterday at about 10:00. It was about a 2 mile backpack out, and we got it all in one trip. Its not huge, especially when compared to other high country buck from this area, but it is nice none the less. I will green score it tonight, and let you guys know the score asap.

oh, and I know my dad has a funny look, but oh well, I think it is a cool picture none the less.

BTW, I had a great elk season, lots of stories to tell when I have time. My job guiding and packing is going great and life is good. I'm glad I finally have some time off to post a little bit.

Dad says thanks... Im sure you know how good the buck hunting has been so far this season in northeast oregon.

Dad thanks everybody for the congrats, he is happy about killing his biggest buck ever after 35+ years of hunting.

Nice buck, congrats to your dad on his success.
What is the width of the rack, since we can't see a front on shot of rack? Nice deep forks thought.
