YOUR OPINION:

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO HUNT THEM IN THE RUT,DOES THE WEATHER PLAY A ROLL, THE MOON,ETC???? I HAVE ALWAYS HUNTED AROUND THE
12TH OR 15TH OF SEPT AND MAYBE WAS GOING TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I think that anytime after the first week is good but the later into september the better. I also think that cooler weather makes it so that they are more active during day light hours if it is hot then they do most of the ruting activity at night I kill alot of elk in the second and third weeks of september not so many the first week but have had chances good luck all
