Hunter's Choice hunt dates?

Quick question:
This is for Utah
I have a spike elk tag and am going to trade it in for a archery hunter's choice tag. I can't see the dates for that tag. Because it's bull, spike, or cow.

What are my hunt dates?

The season dates for the general archery elk hunt are different depending on whether you are hunting an any bull unit or a spike unit.

Dates for the General Archery Any Bull hunt are 8/15 - 9/11

Dates for the General Archery Spike hunt are 8/15 - 9/6

The reasoning for the spike hunt ending 5 days earlier is to give the guys that drew LE archery tags on the spike units an additional 5 days to hunt without all of the spike hunters running around the mountain.

I was aware under the hunter's choice that I could take a cow elk too. So can I take a cow anytime during those periods? Or would it have it's own restricted time?

you can shoot that cow during the spike dates on a spike unit.
