Happy belated BDAY. How old are you anyways? I know the hills seem to take a bit more out of me each year now. I'm sure it doesn't have anything to do with me being way out of shape though
Thanks a bunch guys! I am 32 big ones now and beleive me, today I'm feeling every day of that! (sore knees)
The UT hunt went well even though I was not able to connect on either of the bucks that I'd hoped for. One of them was actually taken on opening day so that was out. The other one was taken on the third day of the hunt (Monday) and I continued to hunt the grey ghost (Literally!) until Thursday evening when I finally found out. Went for one last hike yesterday to finish things off for the year here in UT. Got snowed and rained on a couple of times and came home soaking wet with no buck. I did see a couple that might be shooters next year though so that was promising.
This weekend is the 3rd season CO hunt and old OSOK and I are going to meet up and see if we can put the hurt on a couple of those bad boys. I know one way or another it's going to be a great hunt and I can't wait to get up there and get after it!
Oh, as far as a birthday buck goes this year I'm thinking that Prism already shot him...
