So my guess was 365

North or South what say ye.....?

A great bull, but I don't think he would score that high in the photo. Still might do some growing, when was the photo taken ?

Right there, I'm thinking 330, 340 tops.

Photos were from late June

30th ish I think got the pictures on my 4th of July trip....also he was pretty dang big June 1st I have short video clip of him then too and he was already past his neck.

Good mass and tine length, but from the pictures he just doesn't look very wide or long in general. I'd say maybe 350 from the pics.

What better way to spend a dull afternoon at work.............other than by guessing scores on animals/bulls!!

I would say this bull is at "least" 360-365!!

Look at how long his thirds are, and then look at the diameter of the fourth's at the base. His royals are over 20" easy!!

My guess is 365+. His fronts are good enough, thirds are sick, swords are still growing and will finish out nice. Great bull!!! Put him down

That bull looks way way bigger than 340 to me. I get 340 before the spread is added. Those thirds are well in to the 22" range with 18" fronts. Give him 50" beams when he's done growning and he's a toad. Just my $0.02

Cheers,
Pete

Over scoring bulls annoys me so so bad but this bull is not over scored at all, that bull is for sure 360! Bulls that look like that with shorter thirds hit the 350ish mark all the time. Great thirds like that with everything else he has puts him in the lower 360s, hell of a bull my friend!

I had 320 before spread, pretty close...he has to be as wide as 35-45 easy

19 inch fronts
24 thirds
18 4ths
13 5ths
12 sixths
26 inches of mass
48 inches of main beam

where he is located is on my wall in 11 days.... ha ha wishful thinking :)

I too think he will go over 360 maybe into high 360's class He's a keeper

LAST EDITED ON Aug-07-09 AT 09:40PM (MST)[p]EARLYMORNINGPOKER:

you cant have 12" 6ths AND have 48" beams.

you can only have a "6th" if he is a 7 point, the main beam will always be the same.
so if you -24" [ for the 6th point] you have a 340" bull, i'll buy that, and it is 1 helluva bull!!! shoot him!

+ your measurements add up too a +350" bull WITHOUT an inside spread credit.

am i adding wrong? or did i read into the post wrong?

The total is the 5 points + mass + main beam length per side. The 12" 6th listed is part of the 48" beam length and not added to the score for each side. This gives 334 per the numbers above or about 374 with a 40" spread. That sounds about right to me.

Cheers,
Pete
