just wondering what time of year you guys that hunt the wasatch front start to hear the elk talking. i hunted up there on the extended last year and never heard one. thanks.

That's because there are no elk on the extended unit

Not sure about the Front, but they were sure chatty yesterday by Currant Creek. I talked to them for an hour, they were on private property (CWMU), I couldnt get them to cross the fence!

saw a bull talking Fri. night and had 18 cows herded up!!!
