Unit 61 Colorado

First time poster but long time reader here. My father who goes by the handle Buglinbilly posts on this site from time to time also posts alot on the bowsite under that handle BB.
We both drew archery elk tags in unit 61 of Colorado. I just returned home from 8 days of elk hunting the UC plateu. Awesome country and alot of elk. It is really steep and thick in most of the places we hunted. We got into elk everyday and passed on a few bulls that we may regret later. I was hoping someone would be willing to share any info that might help. I am headed back next week for the last ten days of the hunt. My dad is still up there and will remain there for the entire hunt. Anyone that would be willing to give up a few areas to try, would be much appreciated.

first bit of advice- DON'T PASS ON A 330+ BULL! especially if you guys want to fill 3 tags.

the last 10 days will be better, but 61 is NOT known for producing 400 inch bulls!
