My son center punched a quartering away 340 6X6 on Sunday morning in AZ unit 9. The Bull bedded twice with good blood but after the second bed he quit bleeding. We lost him along a fenceline about 1/2 mile north of the powerline and about 2 miles NE of Banks Tank. If anyone comes across him during the archery or muzzy hunt. We're both sick about it.

good luck! hope you find it! just keep lookin!crows and smell should start flying around it soon.

?It takes a genius to whine appealingly.?

There's room for all of God's creatures, right next to the mashed taters and gravy.

I'm heading back up Monday and will closeout the season. I'll post the final results. I'd love to post a picture! "I'd be lucky than good". Keep all those fingers crossed.

Don't want to sound negative - BUT a center shot quatering away may not have hit anything vital - might be gut shot- he may live up to a week - find water - he;'ll be close bye = will want to drink alot!! hope for the best - MM

I feel for ya I had the same thing happen down in San Juan. I am sick that I couldn't find him.

Hopefully this will be some consolation: nothing ever goes to waste in nature. Your loss is many other's gain: coyotes, birds, insects, bacteria...all necessary in the circle of life. Nothing lives unless something else dies. Koombaya :)
