OK, I asked Paul Pennie, (aka BLT and a taxidermist in alpine) if he could send me pictures of some of his mounts for idea's for my buck. (Hope he doesnt mind I posted them here) I would have posted these in the other post but that one has alot of picture's already in it.

I have decided on a right turn wall pedestal mount. The detail he puts into his work is evident with these pictures.

Scott, let me know what you decide on. Also, let me know if you want to make a trip to alpine.

Your buck will look great Browtine. That is the first work I have seen by your taxidermist. We need to get that heirloom of mine to him.

Does he do elk?;-)

Here is a right turn wall pedestal mount. These are a set of sheds.

Really like the one that's in front of a painting of a muley, makes it very realistic. Thanks for posting.

Brandon,

Thanks for posting these pics. I will show them to my father in law, and let him decide what he likes. This guy does some awesome work though. Any pics of elk that he has done! :)

okay, that one with the elk shed is just plain awesome. That guy does some incredible work. You've got a great taxidermist working for you. Best of luck on your mount!

Mr. Tine,

What ever you choose I'm sure it will look great. I like the bottom one in the second batch of pictures you posted. I like the rolls of muscle in his neck and the rock scenery. Simply awesome.
