Looks like some kind of eye infection. Call the game department and let them know where he is.

it looks like Mumps, could be cured But it would be better to take him out of the herd so it don't spread.

He has slept too much and now has a wad of "crud" in his eye.

Not likely, but maybe CWD. I would call the DWR.

Looks like he may have gotten an antler tine in the eye? Could be some other eye disease though. A buddy of mine shot a muley buck a few years back that had one eye and a good size patch of skin removed from his neck. We figured the buck was a lucky survivor of a lion attack.

I don't know how he managed to do it, But my moma always told me if I did it too much I would go blind. Poor thing. :>(

Same thing happens to me if I leave my conatacts in overnight. I think it must be some type of eye infection.

it looks like he may have had his face in a lions mouth,,, i dont know but it could happen,,,,cbryant
