If money was no object and you could only hunt 1 (state or province) for elk what state or province would you hunt and what area in there?

Truthfully, if money was no object I would be hunting every state, province and country in the very best units they had.

Now if money was an object and I had to choose . . . Northern B.C. for Dall Sheep.

Utah hands down. Buy a Gov tag or a Boulder, Beaver, Dutton, or Pahvant and kill 360++++ every year on your own without a guide from the Rez.
