FOUND HIM

I hope nobody gets bent out of shape about the pics. I tried to make them presentable. I hit this bull on the morning of my 9th day of hunting. Put a good shot on him but was not able to find him until five days later. When I found him my arrow was still in him and burried up to the fletchings right behind the front shoulder. The bull went about a mile from the spot I hit him and we could find very little blood. I was very bummed out but I am glad that I found him.

Congratulations on finding him.....that had to be a bad feeling!
Oh ya...kidding about 300, that is one hell of a bull. I love the dark horns and those huge swords.

WOW, great bull glad you found him. Man I wouldn't have been able to sleep for a year if I'd hit a bull like that and couldn't find him....Great pics.

My hunting spot is so secret, not even the elk have found it yet.

What state did you harvest him in? That is a nice bull. I feel for you, I shot a bull a couple of years ago, I shot him early in the season and searched the rest of the season but never found him.

Enjoy the moment and relive the memories.
