LAST EDITED ON Oct-08-09 AT 02:48PM (MST)[p]I think it would be cool if Utah would do something for elk like they do deer. Dedicated elk hunters, Get to hunt all 3 hunts.. Service hours.. It would help people be more picky on shooting yearling bulls too.. Just an Idea let me know what you think.
