Congrats a great bull! So did you guys forget to snap off pics at first, or was the bull just in a bad scrape with a bigger bull?

Jake shot the bull 3 1/2 miles from a trail head and I was approx 5 miles from him so I went back to camp to get frame packs and knives and bags so when I got to the trail head I talked with hime on the radio and told hime to start skining the upside so we could quarter and debone when I got to him ..... and I had the camer....we didnt stop to think to pull the hide back up before snapping the pictures.

Good explanation. I always wondered how that happened. I had envisioned someone skinning an elk, standing to stretch their back and then saying...oh sh!t I forgot to take a picture.

Nice bull. Congrats to your son.
