The bucks were actually fairly low. They had a pretty good snow down there a month or so ago and the deer all headed down. A lot of them have just stayed down, and the majority of them are about 500' below snowline elevation. We started up pretty high in the snow and didn't start seeing any deer until we got right down to the snowline. There were a bunch of them hanging out down on the flats. The deer sure look good this winter, lots of feed and a ton of water out there.
