Yes, the proposed limitations passed. Although they excluded PLO tags so I am sure landowners and outfitters will reap huge rewards and continue to commercialize the hell out of the sport, and pricing.

Grasshopper, so is it offically an 80/20 program. If so, will an area that requires 2 pts to draw jump to 3 or 4 points.

Does the new system only apply to areas where it requires 5 or more points to draw, or is it 20% across the board for nonresidents.

80/20 only applies to hunt codes that require 5 or more points to draw. Hunt codes that do not require that many points are 65/35. No new units will be added to the list next year.
