Does anyone know if it was ever decided whether or not someone will be able to buy a raffle ticket for hunts in Utah at the Salt lake convention.
For those of you that haven't heard, Utah is giving away 10% of limited entry tags to be raffled for $5 at their Salt Lake convention (don't remember what title this convention is under). The catch is that they only sell them at the convention in person. However, I never heard if you could have someone who is going there buy you a raffle ticket. Anyone know?
