My wife's first Bull!!!

This is my wife's first bull. She has seen him several times during the archery season, and told me he was the one she wanted when rifle season rolled around. We spotted him from about a mile and a half away this morning with 3 other bulls. They were in some open hilly country, so we were able to get on them without them knowing we were any where around. 100 yd. shot from the 7mm-08, and a taxidermy bill coming soon.

Would that be considered a legal bull during a spike hunt in your state?
