South Dakota Bull elk State Record?????

I understand that this just might be the new State record for South Dakota, but they are waiting for the score to be done by a BC scorer, Now this is all hearsay so but it this is the new record he sure is a dandy.!!!!!!!

As I said this is what was sent to us by a friend who claims he took the picture,(you know how that goes) I have no idea if the Bull was killed in Hawaii or South Dakota.
