Hey All,

I'm hoping to go take a peek at some Dutton bulls in their wintering grounds. I should draw the archery elk tag here this year or next. Any tips on where any of the big boys hang out this time of year? Thanks in advance.

Boulder and Monroe bulls all run over to the Dutton and winter, while the Dutton bulls run over onto the Beaver.
Go figure!! Lol

this one is going to piss off either copple or 200 other guys that have 200 more guys in there shed hunting spot this spring.

I don't really care about sheds...I just wanna see what I can possibly look forward to next year.

There is no telling where bulls will be during the hunting season that winter on the Dutton. They could be in Monroe, Panguitch, Beaver, Boulder...and if you are lucky..the Dutton next hunting season!

2 seasons ago it was super dry on Dutton and some of the bulls left the Dutton after the winter/early spring and there was slim pickings for decent bulls on Dutton during hunting season. From what I understand, this year there was a lot better moisture on Dutton so more bulls stayed after the winter/spring. Obviously some resident bulls will stay there no matter what the conditions. I've heard this from several guys that live in that area and it makes sense to me.
