This is a slow and exciting time of year with the anticipation of the hunt draws in Utah to begin soon, and those of us that have not been lucky in the draws yet are all hoping that this is the year. I have been applying since 1997 when i was a senior in highschool, patiently i am waiting for my chance to pursue a bull with a tag in my pocket. There are many who have been waiting longer than i have and im sure they too would like to be reminded with pics of those who were blessed with their 2009 L.E Bull Elk Hunt. Please post your pics so we all can become a little more excited for the fall during this cold january.

I almost forgot about this picture. And nooooooooooo, it wasn't photoshopped. Photoshop is only a myth. I found all the tines laying around my bull and used bubble gum to put them back on for the picture.

Thanks Ute! Yeah he had a 7 or 8 inch bannana looking horn coming off the same pedicle. I cant tell if he was injured at some point or was born that way.

Stinkystomper, if you are going to photoshop your bull pictures you should make the bull realistic as he looked on the mountain. You have his broken points photoshopped incorrectly. I would try to make him look original and he will look a lot better. My buddy has 40 minutes of video of that bull. He was a toad and 390 plus for sure. You killed a great bull but lets do him some justice. If you have pictures and video as you say you do, then lets get this crappy photoshop picture off the site. Get a realistic picture up!!!!! Thanks.

Great bull. I passed on a couple spikes and cows and the Wasatch Front hoping for something with branches this year. I saw those bulls that I was after just couldn't close the deal. Didn't your son kill a nice bull about 6-7 years ago on the Wasatch?

This is a bull my Dad took in the Book Cliffs 09 Muzzy hunt. The picture does not do him justice. He is an old bull on his way down and scores around 315-320 but this does not account for his excellent mass. BWO (Wade) and I called him into 80 yards and the old man did the rest. It was a great hunt, we took the bull on the second afternoon of the hunt and the rut was in full swing-helped out in my opinion by a previous storm and cool temperatures. The three of us had a great time.
