Does a non resident have a chance of drawing two tags for mule deer in the South Juniper unit in oregon with 4 points? Do they allot enough non resident tags for us to draw two tags?

The odds book puts you at 100% with 4 points NR, and there is enough tags.

Here is what i can tell you about South Juniper Slide.
I hold 2 of the 5 Non-resident tags for the Unit! So that leaves 3 tags left for the General Draw. There are 2 Guys with 5 points if they apply as a party they will draw the tag guranteed. That leaves one tag for Non-Residents. You and your dad are applying as a party. So you need 2 tags from 1 and that means that you and your dad would have to apply individually to get the tag.
With 5 points next year you would draw the tag. If you have to have a tag this year apply for Wagontire. In addition to all of the other who did apply for tags in Oregon there are 821 People who did not apply for a tag last year they took 199 option So they are the wildcards. But like i told you on the Phone hunting wagontire can be heartbreaking or it can be great. But if i was a Non-resident with 4 points I would hold out for a better tag Most logical tag a person could draw with 5-7 points and have a good chance at a real good buck in SE Oregon would be the Beattys Butte or East Whitehorse Unit but you had best know the units. Because they are huge. Just my .02 cents. Good luck on your apps hope you draw something.
