Is each tag only available to the people who chose to apply for that particular tag or do they just draw out names and allot the tags accordingly?
I saw the post saying the odds are 1:856 or something to that effect, and I wonder how that would be possible if only a handful (less than 856) of people put in for a particular tag.
I think it was last year that they outlined how many people applied for each individual tag and I based my application off of those stats thinking my odds would be better in the less applied units. I can't seem to find anything like that report on their website this year so I'll just wing it I guess.
I really don't care where I draw, would just be nice to have the tag.
