LAST EDITED ON Feb-10-10 AT 10:16PM (MST)[p]I JUST CHECKED THE STATES WEBSITE FOR MY HARVEST SURVEY AND THEY ESTIMATED MY ELK AT 11 YEARS OLD. I TOOK HIM OFF OF THE BOOK CLIFFS MUZZLELOADER UNIT, AND I HAVE BEEN REALLY INTERESTED IN THE RESULTS AFTER SEEING THE HARVEST STATISTICS AND THE AVERAGE AGE BEING 8.1 YEARS OLD. I SCORED MY BULL AT 300 . CANNOT WAIT TO GO AGAIN. CURIOS WHAT OTHER PEOPLES RESULTS ARE AND THE SCORE OF THE BULL

Thanks for the heads up. I took a wasatch archery bull- looks like he was 6 years old. Really good front end and weak in the back- i bet he would have been a really big bull in a few years. He scored about 338.

They aged mine at 14, should bring the average for Boulder up....

For all of you that haven't seen this bull in person. Let me say that it is impressive!! I just saw it at the expo today and holy smokes what a bull.
The pic's don't do this bull any justice at all.
What a smoker schleppy, you should post some more pic's of him that shows how big he really is! I would pull the trigger on a bull like this day 1 in any Utah unit.
Way to go man.

+ 1 SLIVER. This Bull is a freakin beast! I hunted with Schleppy the first night he spotted this Bull and he was chasing some other pretty impresive Bulls off the mountain. It was an awesome display!! He was screaming louder than any Bull in the county! I had forgot how big he was until i saw the mount. Truly a must see at the expo!
