How to hang my euro elk mount?

I have a european elk mount that I want to hang on my wall without a plaque or anything special. What is the easiest cheapest way to hang my mount? Could I just get a big long bolt and hang it on that? Any suggestions would be great!

At the base of the skull there should be 2 little holes, one on each side where the spine would attach. Run some wire through both sides and make a loop. The you can hang just like a picture with a small picture hook and not have to put a big ole hole in your wall.
