I agree the wyoming draw is rigged! I didnt draw, but come to think about it I didnt put in. Its still rigged

I'm a resident and put in for unit 31 elk since my first year hunting 16 years later still havn't drew an elk tag, a guy I work with drew it 5 times in 6 years shot one bull worth saving the antlers off of

Why doesn't wyoming goto points for residents as well? Doesn't really make any sense... have it for non residents and resident sheep/moose... yet nothing for elk, deer, and antelope?!

I'd hate to see a points system I hope they don't put one in place for a lot of years, I like being able to buy my tag over the counter and I put enough time in to have taken some very nice bulls off of general units, I think they should put a year restriction on anyone who draws a special tag though just to increase opportunity a little
