Many of you may have seen these heads in the past. They are part of the B&C national heads and horns collection in the Buffalo Bill historical museum in Cody along with a number of other huge and unique heads . Thought I would pass them on for those that haven't seen them.

The typical is the AZ state record (216-2/8) that was found dead. The non-typical was taken by Andrew Daum in Colorado in 1886 and scores 304-5/8. Great bucks...

Sure is a gorgeous typical! Looks unreal!
Look at that pronghorn!!

Thanks for sharing them with us.
I had yet to see them.

you should see the huge elk they have..i think it scores 411 with 61-62 inch main beams.

Thank You for posting the pics. I have never seen these before. Very nice heads. I appreciate you posting these for those of us who are new here.

Thank You

Great bucks. I love going to the BBHC. The highlight for me is the Chadwick Ram. Reading the story about the Chadwick hunt that's on the wall behind the mount is great. It sounds like Roy Hargreaves (guide) actually killed the ram, but since Chadwick was the hunter and had wounded it, he got the credit.

It is a great place if you have not been there. Everyone should take the time to go if you get close.

I would have thought that typical would have score much higher, thanks for the picture.

You and me both man! I've seen sheds that would go over 200" and they seem like they wouldn't even come CLOSE to that thing! Must a tad short on mass?

Michael~All Gods creatures welcome... right next to the mashed potatoes and gravy.

Awesome bucks! The Non-Typical looks like the one on display in the KC Cabela's store, that was the original B&C NT world record when the record book was established.
