Thanks Ed!! I know it's a great tag, and I'm excited! I've helped on several hunts there in recent years (friends/kids), and had an archery cow tag there several years ago also. This is my first archery bull tag though and I am VERY excited!! ;-)
I live in North Central Phx, and can be to the SW portion of the unit in less than 2hrs from my house, so there will be no excuses for not scouting lots prior to the hunt!
Can't wait for Aug/Sept!

No points... got lucky.. Late Bull Tag in 6A!!!
My 1st choice since I live in 6A. Definately helps scouting near home! Congratz to all who get a tag. Number of Tags vs increasing number of folks who put in, make it harder every year in AZ to get drawn, so to do so is a real treat!

6A West archery for me (non-resident with 0 points!).
I'm a long way away (South Dakota) and probably won't be able to scout. Hopefully I can find a generous person or 2 here that might offer a few tips. I'll need it!

I'm ordering maps today and will get myself generally educated on the unit then come back to the forum and try asking some specific quetions. A couple of hours of internet searching and Google Earth last night did get me pretty fired up about the hunt.

Archery 5B North here - 3rd time in since 2006 - even years have been pretty lucky for me.
I was the only one to draw out of about 12 hunters. Any other 5B North hunters wanting to chat, shoot me an email. I know the area pretty well as I have been hunting and scouting that area every Sept archery season since 2005.
