Colorado point Question

If I put in for a point this year and I did not apply the previos year or buy a license, will they just deduct $25 and 6$ application fee for the point? or will they charge other amount?
Also when are the refunds out?

They will deduct the $25, plus $3 application fee...

Refunds in the mail by 6/23. They usually come a little sooner than that though.
