I drew S.S.Diamond Bow tag!! I know it's not one of the top unit's but i'm happy to get a chance to hunt UT. At 54 it may be my last shot at taging a UT. bull. any help would be great. Thanks JC

tons of pvt my best guess would try to get an outfitter with acess. try 2 dog they have alot pf properity i think you can pay them a tress pass fee!

Although there is private property there is still plenty of public land to hunt. I hunted it in 2006 and got a decent bull on public land. Brian

Brian is right. There is plenty of public land. If you've got plenty of money, go ahead and get an outfitter. But, you can still have a great hunt and shoot a nice bull without hiring an outfitter. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction.

BradN, I have been researching S.Slope DM for quite awhile and have plans to spend my non-res elk points there next year. I have obtained BLM maps and spoken with the local bio. Any chance I could talk with you and compare notes? Thanks.
