FINALLY GOT MY WASATCH ELK TAG MY HUNT STARTS AUG 22 AND ENDS SEPT 17 IF ANYBODY HAS ANY INFO ABOUT THIS AREA OR HAS HUNTED IT PLEASE HELP ME I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT GREATLY. CANT AFFORD A GUIDE, WISH I COULD AFFORD IT. ITS BEEN A LONG LIFE DREAM TO KILL A GREAT BULL. THANKS THANKS THANKS.

I have two other friends that drew that same tag. With all the archery elk tags that were given out on that unit, you should be able to find some people to hunt with. It is a pretty big unit and holds a good amount of elk. Congrats and enjoy...

I also drew le archery elk on the Wasatch. Congrats, there are a lot of good area's around Daniels summit and over by Tabiona. Best of luck to ya!!

Got our 3rd tag in 3 years...it should be interesting with the tag numbers this year but tons of fun just the same! PM me when it gets closer if you don't find anyone to hunt with (I don't think it will be a problem though!) We have been pretty lucky 2 for 2 on archery so far!

I got A muzz tag and live in North Carolina, I am going check ont Backcountry Scouting. They say they will scout the area for you and give you maps ect. They have 1&3 and more days with different prices. Can let you know what I find out.

I drew Wasatch Muzzy this year also... luckily i live right in the middle of it... Heber City utah..... I have seen some absolutely amazing elk the past 4 years...... I love reading all the post about "smaller" bulls on the Wasatch.... Hope to post some good pics and video this summer on my horse rides.... Good luck to everyone!!!

I have the same tag this year. Send me a PM and I will get back with you closer to the season. My buddy that I usually hunt with is bailing on me again this year. I will hunting everyday of the last 2 weeks unless I have already tagged out. If it sounds like a win win, I am always game for killing critters on the wasatch.

I've seen some dandy elk already on the Wasatch unit. Last month while turkey hunting near Midway I saw a bull that was already working on his 5ths and he was very wide.

I've seen a couple of bulls near Wolf Creek that were also huge. I helped a buddy last year on that unit and would be happy to help out anyone out on locations. Drop me a PM if you'd like to get info.
