Remember what you did today

we all need to remember where we are and what we did today, because the world is going to change forever. even if this little deal in iraq doesn't officially start for a few days. i hate cliche's, but today is literally the first day of the rest of your life. i'm so happy that we have honorable men in authority for a change, and i'm behind Pres. Bush and his staff 100%, but it's still a little spooky and we're all going to have to be ever vigilante from this day on. the world is in for a big change, but hopefully it's going to be a change for the better. God bless our country and those of our allies, especially Great Britain and Spain.

I'm very optimistic, beacause we have real leadership.
You notice you only hear doom and gloom from the liberals.

That is the only thing you EVER hear from the left. Their whole philosophy has alway been to scare up support form their beliefs. They are always complaining but never offer a solution.

I'm glad you guys feel this way. I am just really affected by all that is going on. I left the TV on all last night and just laid on the couach all night, catching a couple naps and lots of news footage. This is a real big deal. Now, with the hostages and the new information about Russia being involved it's real scary. Everyone should take time to pay attention to what is going on. Let the sheds lay and the garden go un-tilled. Now, more then ever we need to pay attention.

One thing that Pres. Bush has done is force the hand of many countries. Clinton didn't cause peace around the world. He was simple unaware of the evil that existed and the many plots against America. Bush is turning on the lights and the cockroaches are staring up at a big boot heel.

i spent all weekend in front of the TV finishing up a saddle. don't have any kids or close relates in this one for a change, but do have some close friends and friend's kids over there. my guts were churning even then. really feel for those who have already lost family to this and for those who are going through the grinder now worrying about their kin who are there. Freedom comes with a high price tag and those that pay that price for us, and their families need to be held in highest esteem and be honored for their sacrifice. takes a lot for an army to function. from the cooks and truck drivers and all the other support groups to the guys shooting the guns, floating the boats and flying the planes and taking fire. don't care what cnn says, this is about America and our way of life. screw the antiwar jerk offs. if you're anti war in this one, you are anti America.
