I was very lucky and drew one of the Marble Mtn. muzzleloader elk tags here in Northern Calif. I live close to the unit and was looking for any information or tips on where to start scouting. This is just about a once in a lifetime tag and I realize the possible need to hire an outfitter. I would really appreciate any tips and information on this hunt. The season is Oct. 30- Nov. 7 and there are only 5 tags for this hunt.
