Mossback Legends of the Fall 3, I think has some video and an impressive hunt from this unit. Big bulls, but you are after a cow. Looks like there is plenty of road access. In the video they put the whole bull in the back of the truck!

you'll see lots of bulls (almost to a frustrating standpoint) and very few cows they will likely be somewhere all in one heard and maybe even off the unit, you'll be lucky to get one and I'm being dead serious.

can you pm me and give me any heads up on what area to look for the best chance on a couple cows both my brother and i drew he has never killed a elk his first time elk hunting. driving 7 hours to get there alot of money for just a dang cow. Thanks for any info

Todd knows what he's talking about. Lots of beautiful country, lots of huge bulls, and very few cows. Your best chances of taking a cow is sitting on one of their small lakes in the evening and waiting for something to come in. The bull to cow ratio down there is crazy out of balance. Take your camara!
