Which Colorado Unit?

My draws sucked this year but I AM going to hunt Colorado deer during the third season. Just don't know which unit to buy a landowner voucher in. Without paying $3,000.00+ which, unit/units would you suggest?

I'm leaning toward 70 but haven't made up my mind. Any advice?

There will be leftover 3rd season tags in some units. No need to buy a landowner voucher. I can't help you decide which unit is best for you.
