Elk on soap stone basin area

4 years ago I had a rifle deer tag. Saw some does, no bucks. 2 years ago I hunted deer up there for a couple days with my buddy on his muzzleloader hunt last year. Didn't see anything....ANYTHING. Saw some sign, but nothing in person. No bulls, cows, bucks, or does. They've been doing a ton of logging up there on top and I don't know if that's had anything to do with it or not. I went up there again last year with my dad to just give it a try on our way back from elk hunting out by Vernal. Again, didn't see anything.
