Who has the best meat processing service near the Manti unit? Quality and price are both important to me. I don't mind driving a bit. Would go as far as Provo if I have to.

by far the best meat shop in utah they do tones of different specialty meats like hot scoty's, sausages, summer sausages jerky's, and a many other different good stuff oh and be sure to get some ice cream its home made in the shop be sure to at least give them a call you wont regret it

Thanks BoNeRaker. I will give them a try. I will be taking my mount to Wyoming so I will not have time to process the meat myself. That is if I get the bull I'm hoping for.
