I'm new to this forum but a buddy of mine told me about it so I figured I'd sign up. I'm wondering if anyone would like to share what they've seen up on Boulder since the opener. I finally drew the LE Elk Archery this year. I know nobody likes the "where are the Elk" question and that is not what I'm doing - just looking to exchange some info and see what other guys are seeing. I've spent 4-5 weekends down there scouting and know the mountain fairly well. I used to do the dedicated hunter program and would spend most of my time on Boulder either hunting deer or chasing Elk. Most of the time once I heard bugles I'd chase down the Elk and dream of the day I could shoot one. Now that it's here I'm so excited I can't even work. Send me a PM if you want and we can share what we saw for the opener. Its early still and I'm curious to see how the opener went for y'all.
